Weight loss program for women at Shape Plus

I heard about Shape Plus personal training from my friend who had been seeing Jess for a while. I saw the transformation he had made in her life and decided to take the plunge myself.

In September, after what I call, “the summer of Jamie”, I decided it was time to get serious about losing weight and getting myself back into good shape. As a former college athlete, I knew it was going to take hard work to get to where I wanted to be physically, but, I really needed help on making the right decisions when it came to eating. I had no idea how bad I was eating until Jess took a look at the food journal I kept the week before I started my sessions. With his nutritional guidance I re-learned how to eat, forever. The most important thing to mention with this, is that it’s not a diet. It’s not trendy or extreme, it’s truly a way to eat the right things, at the right time and I will continue to eat the way Jess has taught me for the rest of my life.

I have lost a total of 15 pounds and haven’t felt this great in over 10 years. Not only do I have way more energy, but I am stronger and more confident because of what he has helped me achieve. Jess is the best personal trainer, who not only truly cares about my success, but is there for encouragement and continual guidance. I would absolutely recommend Jess and Shape Plus personal trainers to anyone! Thanks Jess!!!.
