Being a full time college student while also working, it was easy to neglect my nutrition and exercise. When I came to the realization of how much weight I had put on, I knew I needed to change my lifestyle. I was determined to lose my extra weight and get in shape. I tried doing home workouts and Pinterest meal plans; but, after a few months I was not seeing the results I wanted.
I went online and researched gyms in my area. I was lucky enough to find Shape Plus personal training and have Danny as my personal trainer. He was just as invested in this journey as I was, and he pushed me harder than I would have ever been able to push myself. He helped me achieve my goals, and I am now more confident and motivated to live a healthy lifestyle.
I have lost close to 20 lbs and am healthier than I have ever been. I enjoy going to the gym and make it a part of my daily routine.
