Applications for the 2027 Shape Plus Fitness Scholarship are now open.

Only electronic scholarship applications submitted through this online application will be considered. Paper applications, résumés, and other materials will not be accepted.

The 2027 program will accept applications from August 1, 2026, until either 1,000 applications have been submitted or August 1, 2027, whichever comes first.

Your application must be among the first 1,000 applications submitted by the deadline. When the application period closes, a “CLOSED” notice will appear at the top of this page.
