In My 30's Now!

I am a guy rapidly approaching 30. I spent an entire winter exhausted from the ski slopes, I decided it was time to do something about that. My first few minutes working with Jess Hogue was lousy. We were jogging, and I was struggling after the first few blocks. Over nine weeks, we converted my cardio, weight routine, and eating habits to something very desirable. Jess is a skilled motivator who helped me lose 20 pounds, look better, and run the Bolder Boulder. Thanks Jess.
